Article Review Procedure
All scientific articles submitted to the journal's editorial office are subject to mandatory peer review. Reviewers are recognized experts who have published articles in the relevant field within the last 3 years. Reviewers are informed that the manuscripts they receive are the property of the authors and contain information that should not be disclosed. The peer review process is conducted confidentially.
The review should include the following sections:
- Relevance of the chosen topic.
- Degree of topic development.
- Scientific novelty.
- Completeness in addressing the problem.
- Results of theoretical and practical testing.

Reviewers provide well-founded critical comments regarding the relevance of the topic, its alignment with the journal's profile, novelty, and the credibility of the results. They assess the level and clarity of the presented material and express their opinion in the review according to the form approved by the journal's editorial office. A reviewer may recommend the article for publication, recommend it for publication after revisions based on the comments, or not recommend it for publication. In the last two cases, the reasons for this decision are stated.
The editorial office and reviewers do not engage in substantive discussions of the articles with the authors. The journal's editorial office does not retain articles that have not been accepted for publication. All articles received by the editorial office are not returned to the authors.
